Our story
We believe in the added value of face-to-face meetings. Encounters create connections between people and encounters allow people to develop. We do this based on our vision: ‘people meeting people’. Hotel Ernst Sillem Hoeve offers an inspiring meeting place amidst greenery. Authentic and welcoming in an environment where a positive experience is key. We put our guests’ objectives first and ensure that we add value with our team and on-site capabilities. That is our mission, which we focus on every day with a passionate team!

History
In 1694, the estate on which Hotel Ernst Sillem Hoeve is located was purchased by Justus van Ewijck for an amount of 100 rexdaelders. Later in 1871, Prince William Frederick Henry of Orange-Nassau built a house for his overseer on this same estate, called ‘Prins Hendrik Oord’. On its opposite side, stables and a beautiful coach house were erected. Some 50 years later, on 3 May 1926, this coach house was bought by the Nederlandsch Jongelings Verbond (CJV/YMCA Netherlands) as a country house and named Ernst Sillem Hoeve.
